<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet molding having both highly magnetic characteristics and high electric resistance compatible with miniaturization/performance improvement of a rotary instrument such as a motor. <P>SOLUTION: The magnet molding 1 includes magnetic particles 2 having an insulation membrane 3 and metallic particles 4 having a surface membrane 5 covered with an insulative passive membrane.
