<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hinged cap having an excellent appearance, having no hygienic problem, further capable of effectively preventing liquid splashing and at the same time enduring against shock applied when the cap is applied to a container. <P>SOLUTION: This hinged cap comprises a cap main body and an upper lid connected to the cap main body through a hinge, wherein a liquid splashing preventive peripheral wall abutting against the lower end surface of the upper lid wall when the lid is closed is formed at an upper surface peripheral edge of the upper surface wall of the cap main body and at the same time at least one of the upper surface of the upper surface wall of opposing cap main body and the side wall lower surface of the upper lid is formed with a protruded supporting part abutted against the other surface when the lid is closed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
