<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that, in cases such as a breakdown of a dental treatment unit and power failure at the time of disaster, it takes a long time for recovery and to install another dental treatment unit for home visits besides the dental treatment unit installed in a clinic. <P>SOLUTION: A table body provided to the indoor dental treatment unit is detachably constituted with respect to the tip end of an arm, is provided with interchangeability by constituting connection parts into modules, and the table body is configured to be connectable to an external supply box for supplying water, air and electricity to, in the cases such as the breakdown of the dental treatment unit and the power failure at the time of disaster, examine a patient without waiting for its recovery. When the table body is broken, it is instantaneously replaced with another table body to continue the medical examination. The detached table body is connected to the external supply box to constitute a portable dental treatment unit for home visits.
