<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UI (user interface) emulation device and a UI emulation program, capable of easily emulating a UI displayed on an operation panel of an image processor by a device other than the image processor. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The UI emulation device 200 for emulating the UI displayed on the operation panel of the image processor comprises an execution means 210 including an object program 211 that is an emulation object and reproducing the object program 211 in a simulating manner; and an emulation means 225 of an operation panel control part which causes an operating system to perform drawing to the operation panel according to a function call from the object program 211 on the image processor. The emulation means 225 includes a function reproduction part which reproduces a function of the operation panel control part and an emulation support part which supports the emulation.
