PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method, a measuring system, an adjusting system and an installation system improving measuring accuracy, installation accuracy and installation workability in the installation method for installing a precast concrete member in a predetermined installation position on a structure. SOLUTION: Measuring frames 10 are installed in two or more side reference positions in a track direction of a guide way sidewall 3 temporarily placed in a predetermined installation position on a base course 1, and positions in an X-direction, a Y-direction and a Z-direction and an inclination angle in the Y-direction are measured by a CCD camera 40 and a laser displacement meter 41 mounted on each measuring frame. Based on errors between the measuring positions and set positions, the positions in the X-direction, Y-direction and Z-direction and the inclination angle in the Y-direction of the linear guide sidewall 3 are adjusted by actuators 60 in the X-direction, Y-direction and Z-direction mounted to a portal adjusting truck 20 to position the precast concrete member into the predetermined installation position.
