<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image adjusting device for enabling a user to intuitively adjust a display state of an image, and also to provide a speech unit, an image adjustment program, and an image adjustment system. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When a position designated from the outside to an image to be instructed is included in a region assigned as a region for adjusting the display state of the image to be adjusted by a region assignment means, the display state of the image to be adjusted is adjusted by the image adjustment means, thus assigning the region for adjusting the display state of the image to be adjusted according to the content of the image to be instructed, adjusting the image to be adjusted by utilizing the image (image to be instructed) to which the region is assigned in that manner, and hence enabling the user to intuitively adjust the image.
