<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily join electric circuits with two-side surface portions of a substrate even when a pair of piezoelectric elements is disposed on one substrate. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The substrate 1 has a pair of piezoelectric element rows 10 which are disposed on a surface side with predetermined distances therebetween and pressurize ink based on printing signals. First wiring groups 15 are formed on the two-side surface portions of the substrate 1, respectively, and connected to the pair of piezoelectric element rows 10. Electric circuits 2 are joined with the two-side surface portions of the substrate 1, respectively, and each of the circuits has a second wiring group 21 connected to the first wiring group 15 and has an IC chip 20 for selectively supplying power to the piezoelectric element rows 10 based on the printing signals via the first and second electric wiring groups 15 and 21. A recessed portion 17 is formed on another side of the substrate 1 and opposing inner wall surfaces 17a and 17b thereof are formed so as to be parallel to the two-side surface portions of the substrate 1.
