A measuring device comprises a biosensor (1), a cavity (17) for holding an object to be analyzed and performing measurement, and an electrode system (14) for measuring the concentration of the object in the cavity (17). The cavity (17) and the electrode system (14) are provided on the biosensor (1). A secondary cell (21) and an environment temperature sensor (9) are provided in a measuring device (2). The external environment temperature during the charging of the secondary cell (21) is estimated in real time from the time required to charge the secondary cell (21) and the internal environment temperature during the charging. The measured concentration of the object is corrected for the temperature with high accuracy according to the external environment temperature information obtained during the charging at a temperature correcting step 09, and thus an analysis result with very high accuracy is obtained. |
