<p>A disposable pants-type diaper which does not cause bodily wastes to contaminate skins around the genitals and anus of the wearer. A crotch region (6) of a disposable pants-type diaper (1) has a bodily liquid absorbing section (45) having a bodily liquid absorptive core material mounted between a liquid permeable inner surface sheet and a liquid impermeable outer surface sheet, and also has a bodily waste receiving section (31) formed by the inner surface sheet and an innermost sheet member (120) which is mounted between the inner surface sheet and the wearer's skin. Portions (33c, 34c) forming the peripheral edges (33b, 34b) of a front opening (33) and a rear opening (34) which are in the innermost sheet member (120) are opposed to each other in the front-rear direction (A) and form a gap (50) by being joined to each other with a pair of spacers (71), separated from each other in the lateral direction, mounted between the portions. That portion (36) of the innermost sheet member (120) which extends between the portions (33c, 34c) extends downward toward the lowermost section (6a) of the crotch region (6) to form a separator (20a).</p> |
