PURPOSE: A system for designing/managing piles using a geographical information system is provided to enable a user to easily grasp figures and attributes of the structure, a drilling hole, and piles. CONSTITUTION: A system for designing/managing piles using a geographical information system comprises a basic information input module, a ground information analysis module, a module for calculating the amount of cut embankment and the length of piles, a stability checking module and a GUI. The basic information input module inputs information about the base of the structure, stratum information of a drilling hole, and pile information on a digital map. The ground information analysis module obtains stratum information of a target site by performing a space analysis of stratum information corresponding to each drilling hole position inputted into a GIS database. |
