PURPOSE: A ground drilling apparatus and a ground drilling method using the same are provided to expose a beam easily after performing a progress for filling materials on an end of the beam which is inserted into an outcasing. CONSTITUTION: A ground drilling apparatus includes an outcasing(51), a blow generator, a beat part, and a connection rod. An outer circumference of the outcasing has a polygon shape. The blow generator applies blows to a longitudinal direction of the outcasing. The blow generator includes a clamp and a driving part. The clamp is installed to grip a side of the outcasing. The driving part authorizes the blows to the clamp. The beat part is inserted into the outcasing. The connection rod is connected with the beat part. |
