Dynamic neck tension relief pillow comprising a moving mechanism and an ordinary pillow (8) either placed on the moving mechanism by the user himself (fig.1,2) or permanently incorporated to the moving mechanism (fig.3,4), wherein the pillow position being balanced between the weight of the user' s head and the spring force of a rubber band (4), the rubber band being incorporated in the moving mechanism.
