<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite sintered body of a magnetic substance and a dielectric substance which is sinterable even at a temperatures of ≤1,000°C and can heighten the relative magnetic permeability and relative permittivity at 100 MHz, and also to provide an LC composite electronic component using the same. <P>SOLUTION: This composite sintered body includes a Y type hexagonal Ba ferrite as a main crystal, M type hexagonal Ba ferrite, SrTiO<SB>3</SB>crystal, BaTiO<SB>3</SB>crystal, BaTi<SB>5</SB>O<SB>11</SB>crystal and Bi. The sum of the Y and M type hexagonal Ba ferrites is 67.2-72.8 mass%, and that of SrTiO<SB>3</SB>, BaTiO<SB>3</SB>and BaTi<SB>5</SB>O<SB>11</SB>crystals is 27.2-31.6 mass%. The Bi content in the sintered body is 5.7-12.0 mass% in terms of Bi<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
