<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferrite film forming method to a carbon steel member for further shortening the period required for forming a ferrite film. <P>SOLUTION: Both ends of a circulation pipe of the film forming device are connected to a water supply pipe made of carbon steel in a BWR plant (S1). Decontamination liquid is supplied from the film forming device into the water supply pipe to perform chemical decontamination (S2). The temperature of the water (or film forming aqueous solution) flowing inside the circulation pipe is increased to 60°C to 100°C (S3). Hydrazine is injected to the water (or film forming aqueous solution returned from the water supply pipe) flowing inside the circulation pipe (S4). Chemicals containing iron (II) ions and formic acid is injected into aqueous solution containing hydrazine (S5). Hydrogen peroxide is injected to aqueous solution containing a pH adjustment agent, iron (II) ions, and the like (S6). Then, the aqueous solution is guided into the water supply pipe and a ferrite film is formed on the inner surface of the water supply pipe. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
