<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a throttle opening control device capable of preventing the occurrence of the reverse rotation of an engine. Ž<P>SOLUTION: When the throttle opening control device controls the opening of a throttle valve of the engine on the basis of: the opening of an accelerator operated by a rider of a vehicle; and the rotation speed of the engine mounted in the vehicle, the throttle opening control device limits the opening of the throttle valve for the rotation speed of the engine lower than an idle rotation speed.
