The controller (15) comprises a track creation function (24) which creates a massage track of the contactor (17) moved in the predetermined area on the face surface (F) and a massage operation control function (25) which makes the contactor (17) perform massage operation of pressurizing the face surface F while moving the contactor (17) along the massage track. The track creation function (24) comprises a storage part (28) which stores the coordinates of each of optional positions on the face surface (F) as the set point of the massage track when bringing the contactor (17) into contact with the optional positions and a track determination part (30) for determining the massage track by interpolating the set point by a spline curve.</p>
