PURPOSE: An all directions electric fan with vertical opposite fan composed of a center rotating vane part and an airflow side inducing method are provided to minimize resistance of the air applied on the vane of the fan by vertically forming two fans at a rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION: An all directions electric fan with vertical opposite fan comprises a main body, the rotary shaft, two fans, a ventilation leading part, and a center rotating vane part. A main body(10) has a empty space vertically shaped in a cylindrical form. The rotary shaft(40) is vertically formed in the inner center of the main body. The two fans(20,21) are coupled on the rotary shaft and are faced. A ventilation leading part(30) is formed at the center of the main body between the fans. The center rotating vane part is formed at the center part of the ventilation leading part and operates with the rotary shaft. The center rotating vane part is composed of a motor part and a manipulation part. A motor part(50) is coupled on the rotary shaft and rotates. The manipulation part(60) manipulates the motor part and operates the electric fan.
