A disposable pants-type diaper having a separator excellently preventing mixing between urine and feces. A disposable pants-type diaper (1) has an innermost sheet member (20) mounted to a liquid permeable inner surface sheet (2) for covering a liquid absorptive core material, and the innermost sheet member (20) is located between the liquid permeable inner surface sheet (2) and the wearer's skin to form a bodily waste receiving section (31). The innermost sheet (20) has a front opening (33) for allowing urine to enter the bodily waste receiving section (31) therethrough, and also has a rear opening (34) for allowing feces to enter the bodily waste receiving section (31) therethrough. That portion of the innermost sheet (20) which extends between the front opening (33) and the rear opening (34) extends downward, and the lower end (35) of the portion is joined to the inner surface sheet (2) to form a separator (20a). A sheet-like member (81) is mounted to the separator (20a) to suppress deformation. The sheet-like member (81) has a thickness (N) of 1 to 10 mm, a width of 10 to 70 mm, and a height (L) equivalent to 30 to 100% of the vertical dimension (K) of the separator (20a).
