<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe for measuring electric characteristics of powder and grain, and a method for evaluating electric characteristics of a sheet-shaped body in a stage of the powder and grain, which evaluates the electric characteristics of the sheet-shaped body in the stage of the material powder-and-grain. Ž<P>SOLUTION: The measuring probe 10 includes: an electrode 1 having an electrode surface 11 for spreading over the powder and grain thereon; an electrode 2 having an electrode surface 21 for sandwiching the powder and grain between itself and the electrode surface 11; a shield electrode 5 arranged on the electrode 1 through an electrically insulating spacer 4; and a weight W for applying a pressing force for sandwiching the powder and grain P to be measured between the electrode surfaces 11, 21. The measuring probe 10 is also constituted of the electrodes 1, 2 connected to an LCR meter. The method is constituted so as to evaluate the electric characteristic of the sheet-shaped body in the stage of the powder and grain by utilizing the measuring probe 10.
