<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work and shorten a construction period by rigidly joining a pile head with a base isolation structure without conducting field welding. Ž<P>SOLUTION: In the pile head base isolation structure 1, hexagon cap nuts 13 are fixed to an upper part of a head-enlarged ring 10 comprising an outer steel pipe 11 surrounding the periphery of a pile head part 2a and a horizontal diaphragm 12 fixed to a lower end of the outer steel pipe 11 allowing insertion of the pile head part 2a. The head-enlarged ring 10 arranged at the pile head part 2a is filled with a filling concrete 3 to integrate the head-enlarged ring 10 and the pile head part 2a together. Anchor bolts 7 piercing a lower flange 23 of a base isolation device 20 are threadingly fitted to the hexagon cap nuts 13 of the head-enlarged ring 10, by which the base isolation device 20 is rigidly joined to the pile head part 2a by the intermediary of the head-enlarged ring 10.
