PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a revolution camera apparatus capable of being operated with low power consumption even at low temperature. SOLUTION: Temperature detection voltage vd outputted from a temperature sensor 47 is compared with reference voltage Vr. When the temperature detection voltage vd is equal to or less than the reference voltage Vr and a motor 42 is at a stopped state, a heater 44 operates (generates heat). When the temperature detection voltage vd is larger than the reference voltage Vr, an operation (heat generation) of the heater 44 is stopped. Meanwhile, when the motor 42 becomes a state of revolution, the operation of the heater 44 is made into the stopped state irrespective of the temperature detection voltage vd.
