PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply stable current to a load irrespective of balance or unbalance of the load. SOLUTION: The voltage-current converter includes: a first current-voltage conversion part 3 for converting a voltage signal whose balanced input is performed into a current signal and outputting the current signal from one of a pair of output terminals to which the load L is connected; a second current-voltage conversion part 4 for converting a voltage signal obtained by reversing a phase of the voltage signal into the current signal and outputting the current signal from the other of the pair of output terminals; and a feedback part 5 for performing feedback of a voltage component according to a common mode component included in outputs of the first current-voltage conversion part 3 and the second current-voltage conversion part 4, which are included in voltage between the pair of output terminals to each input end side of the first current-voltage conversion part 3 and the second current-voltage conversion part 4, respectively.
