PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulation filtration system of radioactive waste water whose installation place is not restricted, and its filter replacement method, capable of reducing exposure of an operator, and removing a leakage risk of a radiation, when exchanging a filter 3 of the system for circulating and simultaneously filtering the waste water 1 in a waste water vessel 2 storing the waste water 1 including radioactive dust. SOLUTION: When the filter 3 mounted on a holder (header holder) 4 serving simultaneously as a header is clogged, the filter 3 is separated from the header holder 4 by operating an operation part 12 of the header holder 4 over the water surface 1a of the waste water 1 while the filter 3 is positioned under the water surface 1a of the waste water 1, and the separated filter 3 is stored in the waste water 1, and the header holder 4 from which the filter 3 is separated is pulled up from the water surface 1a of the waste water 1, and a new filter 3 is mounted on the header holder 4 in the air.
