PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a guide rail excellent in maintainability and crime prevention, and capable of becoming compact. SOLUTION: This guide rail 3 comprises a first rail body 8 which is integrally fixed to a skeleton and provided with a first guide piece 8b for guiding an outdoor-side surface 1a of a shutter curtain 1, and a second rail body 9 which is detachably fixed to the first rail body 8 and provided with a second guide piece 9b for guiding an indoor-side surface 1b of the shutter curtain 1. First and second connecting pieces 8h and 9c, which are integrated by means of a screw 11 on the groove back side of a guide groove 3a formed between the opposed sides of the first and second guide pieces 8b and 9b, are formed on the first and second rail bodies 8 and 9.
