PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel decorative sheet which is free from many problems associated with conventional photogravure printing methods, raw material colored film methods and dyeing methods and having glossiness, depth, coloring properties and/or metallic luster, with a high grade feeling, which cannot be attained by conventional techniques. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet has a thermoplastic resin film of a thickness of≥50μm and a parallel ray transmittance of≥90%, the first adhesive layer of a thickness of≥10μm made of an adhesive and blended with a coloring agent, a film layer for retention of metal, a metal layer, the second adhesive layer and a substrate sheet made of a thermoplastic resin, laminated in this order.
