PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a peelable self-adhesive tape which is prevented from flying toward a finger when it is pulled to be stripped off and can be removed safely. SOLUTION: The self-adhesive tape has self-adhesive layers 3 and 3 formed on one side or both sides of a tape base material 2 having rubbery elasticity. At both stretching directional ends of the adhesive tape, grip parts 4 and 4 to be gripped by hands are arranged, and the grip parts are pulled in the mutually separating directions to be stripped off.
