PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous preparation containing a shark-derived chondroitin iron sulfate colloid, which is safe due to not containing causative substances of BSE, excels in pharmaceutical stability, and is stably formulated to such a transfusion as a high-calorie intravenous alimentation transfusion. SOLUTION: The aqueous preparation is produced by the followings: after obtaining the shark-derived chondroitin iron sulfate colloid by adding an aqueous ferric chloride solution and an aqueous sodium hydroxide solution to an aqueous sodium sulfate solution of shark-derived chondroitin and heating it, a pH buffer is added thereto, followed by adding at least one of trace elements of selenium, zinc, copper, iodine and manganese thereto; and then sodium hydroxide is added to the resultant product.
