PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing process of a unprecedentedly large-sized multi-layered molding which is free from defects such as warps, composed of layers with uniform thickness, and excellent in layer-to-layer adhesion and a molding having such excellent features. SOLUTION: The multi-layered molding is composed of at least two layers of resin materials. The manufacturing process of the multi-layered molding comprises a step to injection-mold a first layer by primary molding using a fixed mold and a movable mold, a step to form a cavity for secondary molding by moving the movable mold, and a step to injection-molding a second layer on top of the first layer by secondary molding to obtain the multi-layered molding in which the first layer and the second layer are welded. In at least one of the steps above, injection compression molding is used in which the parallelity between the fixed and movable molds is maintained by adjusting the parallelity between the molds with the clamping mechanism on the four corners of the mold fixing plate.
