PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminated body, the release sheet of which can easily be peeled off and, at the same time, can be visually recognized with ease even without coloring, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: This laminated body 10 is obtained by laminating foamed polyolefin layer 1 and thermoplastic polyurethane layer 2 through the manufacturing method of co-extrusion molding. This manufacturing method of the laminated body can simplify its manufacturing process and reduce its manufacturing cost and, at the same time, provide the laminated body, the release sheet of which can easily be peeled off and, in addition, can visually recognize the release sheet without coloring.
