SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the roller bearing includes a non-destructive inspection process. The nondestructive inspection process previously verifies by ultrasonic flaw detection that the size of a surface hole and an oxide non-metallic inclusion on a raceway surface of at least one raceway ring of the roller bearing satisfies relations of √area≤80 μm, and (√area×D)1/2≤56.6 (wherein D is the maximum depth (μm)).
