摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LSPR imaging apparatus which, by utilizing localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) generated on a gold nano pattern substrate, places multispecimen samples such as DNAs and proteins on the substrate and detects them without performing protein labelling such as fluorescence labelling. SOLUTION: The LSPR imaging apparatus detects light absorption variation by LSPR, and makes the status of an imaging object imaged based on this detection result. The apparatus includes a plurality of optically transparent material sections which fix on each section a capture material for capturing the imaging object, and an optically non-transparent material section which spaces apart each optically transparent material section. LSPR is induced by using a tip which is constructed such that the imaging object and the capture material fixed on each of the optically transparent material sections react to generate LSPR.
