<p>A testing device for a torque converter rotatably supports a turbine shaft (4) by a first support part (6), in which the turbine shaft (4) includes on the outer periphery thereof a spline part (4a) which is coupled to the spline part (2a) of the turbine part (2) of the torque converter when the turbine shaft is lowered in the axial direction. An oil path (4b) is formed at the center of the turbine shaft (4). A stator shaft (9) includes on the outer periphery thereof a spline part (9d) which is coupled to the spline part (3a) of the stator part (3) of the torque converter when the stator shaft is lowered in the axial direction. The stator shaft (9) is so disposed on the outer peripheral side of the turbine shaft (4) as to be coaxially to each other and so supported by a second support part (8) as to be movable in the vertical direction and not rotatable. The testing device includes a coupling spring (11) for pressing the stator shaft (9) against the torque converter located below the stator shaft.</p> |
