<p>A composition and method having anti-aging properties is provided. The composition comprises an arNOX inhibitory agent present in a natural plant extract and is useful topically as a cosmetic. The symptoms of aging including lines, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, dehydration, loss of elasticity, angioma, dryness, itching, telangietasias, actinic purpura, seborrheic keratoses and actinic keratoses. The invention may be used multiple times a day without deleterious effects.</p> |
