PURPOSE: A composition for producing high heat resistant insulating materials and an insulated cable using the same are provided to maintain enough tolerance for heat from a conductor and to easily be installed by securing flexibility of center conductor of an electrical wire. CONSTITUTION: A composition for producing high heat resistant insulating materials comprises 100 parts by weight of fluorine-based rubber and 0.5 ~ 10 parts by weight of cross-linking agent. An insulated wire includes an inner conductor(10), insulating layer(11), fabric layer(12), and sys layer(13). The insulating layer surrounds the inner conductor. The fabric layer surrounds the insulating layer. The sys layer forms an outmost layer while surrounding the fabric layer.
