PURPOSE: A sensor structure of a hot material counting apparatus for a continuous casting line is provided to minimize the deterioration and chattering due to heat and dust generated in transferring a hot material. CONSTITUTION: A sensor structure of a hot material counting apparatus for a continuous casting line comprises a fixing member(20) and a contact member(10). The fixing member is installed on a frame of a material transport elevator, and has a protrusion(25) for connection with one of (+) terminal and (-) terminal of the hot material counting apparatus. The contact member is fixed to the fixing member on one side and contacted with a hot material transferred by the material transport elevator on the other side. The contact member is formed of a conductive material with elasticity.
