The valve piston is arranged in a valve housing (5) in a back and forth movable manner, where the valve housing has a conveying connection (8), a supply connection (10), a high pressure connection (12) and a return connection (14). The valve piston includes a throttle channel extending in a radial direction, where the channel exhibits a triangular cross section.
