<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material that can also be used in a microwave oven, prevents almost all light from passing through the lid material, and prevents food stored in a food container from being deteriorated. <P>SOLUTION: The lid material A closes the opening part of the food container B. In the lid material A, a light blocking layer 2, a first concealing layer 3, and a surface film 4 are integrally laminated in this order on one side of a base film 1. A second concealing layer 5 is integrally laminated on the other face of the base film. This prevents spark or the like from being generated even when used in a microwave oven.
