<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a therapeutic device management system by which therapeutic devices such as a bolus or collimator can be easily taken out, and a therapeutic device for one patient and another therapeutic device for another patient are prevented from being mixed up. <P>SOLUTION: The therapeutic device management system includes a storage device 9 for storing management data for managing a plurality of therapeutic devices 1 while discriminating them from one another. identification information for identifying the therapeutic device and storing position information for identifying a storing position of the therapeutic device are correlated to the management data for each therapeutic device. A therapeutic device management device 10 includes an operation device 11 capable of specifying the identification information by being operated by a person, a conveying device 5 for conveying the therapeutic devices, and a control device 13 for controlling the conveying device 5 from the identification information specified by the operation device 11 and the management data.
