<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create the same environment as a specific image input/output device generating a nonconformity by other image input/output devices even when the nonconformity is generated in the specific image input/output device in a plurality of the image input/output devices, and to reproduce the nonconformity. <P>SOLUTION: When the nonconformity is generated in the image input/output device 10, backup sections 32 for the image input/output devices 30 input the system ID of the image input/output device 10 generating the nonconformity. In an external storage device 20, a backup file corresponding to the input system ID is retrieved while using the input system ID as a retrieval key.
