<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problems wherein a conventional gyro sensor requires a differential amplifier, and thereby requires a large circuit scale and high cost. <P>SOLUTION: The gyro sensor includes: (1) an amplifying circuit; and (2) a gyro element having (2a) a driving arm vibrating in order to generate a Coriolis force in response to angular velocity, and (2b) the first detection arm for generating the first angular velocity signal indicating the angular velocity between the first terminal and the second terminal connected to an input terminal of the amplifying circuit by vibrating in response to the Coriolis force, and the second detection arm for generating the second angular velocity signal having a relationship of a reverse phase to the first angular velocity signal between the third terminal connected to the first terminal and the fourth terminal connected to the ground potential by vibrating in response to the Coriolis force. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
