<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the generation of faulty connection and improve a yield by surely connecting a capacitor element with an anode lead frame and a cathode lead frame, in a solid-state electrolytic capacitor equipped with the capacitor element, a flat sheet type anode lead frame and a cathode lead frame. <P>SOLUTION: In the solid-state electrolytic capacitor equipped with the capacitor element having the anode lead-out unit and the cathode lead-out unit, an anode lead frame electrically connected to the anode lead-out unit and the cathode lead frame connected to the cathode lead-out unit, the anode lead frame is connected to the anode lead-out layer through the anode-side auxiliary frame while the cathode lead-out unit is connected to the cathode side auxiliary frame in a plane opposed to a surface to which the cathode lead frame of the cathode lead-out unit is connected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
