<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system which can identify an operator of a computer apparatus individually even in a state that restrictions are put on the number of registerable accounts of computer apparatuses, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: Personal identification information including a biometric authentication pattern and a personal identification ID of an operator of a computer apparatus is registered in a storage means in advance. A log-in operator is allowed to input his biometric authentication pattern during log-in to a computer apparatus, the pattern is collated with a biometric authentication pattern in the personal identification information registered in the storage means, a personal identification ID registered in a record matching the biometric authentication pattern is stored in an audit log storage means, and if a record matching the biometric authentication pattern inputted by the operator is not found, a maintenance apparatus creates a personal identification alternative ID and stores it in the audit log storage means, the personal identification alternative ID is collated with the personal identification ID in the personal identification information subsequently, and processing is performed which normalizes the personal identification alternative ID into the personal identification ID of the operator having registered his personal identification information under the management of an account manager. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT</p> |
