PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid-state imaging apparatus that suppresses lateral noise. SOLUTION: The solid-state imaging apparatus is characterized in that a voltage supplying circuit for supplying a voltage to a load MOS transistor provided to a vertical output line and a column signal processing circuit includes: a first amplifying circuit for providing an output voltage to a voltage supplying line after amplifying the predetermined voltage impressed to an input part thereof from a voltage generating part; and a sample hold circuit provided with a sampling switch arranged to a path between the voltage generating part and the input part and a holding capacitance for holding the voltage sampled with the sampling switch.
