摘要 The invention relates to a method for coating the solder wire (Z) used in the soldering process with the flux (D) 1 comprising the process steps of - mixing a certain proportion of a compound having the copolymer structure with the flux (cesium fluoride/aluminum fluoride compounds) (D) inside a solution, according to the flux preparation process (II), - preparing and pressing the metal alloy prepared in a certain ratio, and, providing the same with the thickness desired for coating, - coating the wire (L) with the flux (D) mixture provided under pressure according to the flux preparation process (II), to obtain the flux coating (D) on the wire (L). The employed solution comprises preferably 10-40% metacrylic copolymer in the organic solvent mixture. That said metal alloy is preferably a zinc-aluminium alloy comprising 2 to 16 % aluminium.
