发明名称 Hub- und Schwenkvorrichtung an einem Führungsmast eines Fermenterbehälters einer Biogasanlage für ein höhenverstellbares Tauchgerät
摘要 The lifting and tilting device on a guide mast (5) of a fermentation container (1) of a biogas plant for a height-adjustable diving apparatus, which is height-adjustably and non-pivotably held on the guide mast vertically mounted in the fermentation container, comprises a height-adjustable device (10) arranged at a mast upper part (8) with an operatable winch (11) for winding-up and winding-off a traction rope, which is connected with the diving apparatus and/or guide slides relocatable at the guide mast and fastened at the apparatus. The guide mast is mounted around its longitudinal axis. The lifting and tilting device on a guide mast (5) of a fermentation container (1) of a biogas plant for a height-adjustable diving apparatus, which is height-adjustably and non-pivotably held on the guide mast vertically mounted in the fermentation container, comprises a height-adjustable device (10) arranged at a mast upper part (8) with an operatable winch (11) for winding-up and winding-off a traction rope, which is connected with the diving apparatus and/or with guide slides relocatable at the guide mast and fastened at the diving apparatus. The guide mast is pivotably mounted around its longitudinal axis. A gas-tight upper cover of the fermentation container is formed in the area of the mast upper part by a covering plate. The mast upper part is closely and pivotably led by the covering plate, so that the winch above the covering plate lies outside of a gas space of the fermentation container and the stretched traction rope from the winch is gas-tightly guided into an inner space of the fermentation container by a rope passage for the diving apparatus or whose guide slides. The mast end is formed as journal tube at the mast upper part of the guide mast. The journal tube is gas-tightly and pivotably mounted in a rotary bearing in the stationary and immovable covering plate. The gas-tight rope passage is contained in the journal tube in the swivel axis with a rope sealing. The traction rope from the winch runs into an inner space of the guide mast forming a partial area of the gas space of the fermentation container by the rope passage lying in the swivel axis and is guided downwardly to the diving apparatus or whose guide slides from the inner space of the guide mast in the area of the mast upper part with deflection elements mounted on the mast upper part. The rope passage is formed as stuffing box. The winch is fixed on a carrier plate connected with the journal tube displaced to the swivel axis and is operatable by a hand or motor. A feed roller and/or a feed ring are arranged over the journal tube for a defined exact rope introduction into the journal tube and the rope sealing. Two adjacent rope rollers are provided as the deflection elements with horizontal roller axles, from which an upper rope roller is partially lies in the inner space of the guide mast and a lower rope roller is arranged to the upper rope roller partially displaced from the inner space of the guide mast. The traction rope is downwardly guided from the inner space of the guide mast to the upper rope roller from below and to the lower rope roller over the upper rope roller. The mast upper part is formed as mast head part with a shoe rack, at whose upper wall the journal tube is vertically fixed. A downwardly open box mold contains the rope roller. The mast head part is pluggable and fastenable on a square or rectangular guide tube of the guide mast in a form-adapted manner. The box mold is opened downwardly on one side and is formed by the upper wall, a back wall and two rope walls supporting the bearing positions for the two rope rollers. The rope walls protrude over the area of the guide tube and are mounted in the lower rope roller. The guide mast is upwardly led from the fermentation container with its mast upper part through a rectangular lid opening, which is so large and the winch and/or the deflection elements are mounted so high at the mast upper part. The diving apparatus is withdrawable from the lid opening of the fermentation container. The lid opening is gas-tightly covered by a platform plate and an adjacent mast housing projecting the plane of the platform plate in the normal operation of the diving apparatus. The mast housing has side walls, is downwardly opened to the fermentation container and is closed at the top by a cover forming the covering plate. The housing cover contains the rotary bearing with the rope passages for the journal tube. One of the side walls of the mast housing is arranged in direct proximity of the guide mast and is implemented as openable maintenance wall. The openable platform plate adjoins in the lower area of the maintenance wall, so that the maintenance wall and the platform plate are opened for a maintenance supply of the diving apparatus and the diving apparatus is liftable from the fermentation container upwardly over the plane of the opened platform plate by using the winch and the traction rope. The diving apparatus is freely accessible in the area above the opened maintenance wall and the platform plate is subsequently bringable under the lifted diving apparatus and if necessary remaining columns are gas-tightly covered. The guide mast and/or the mast upper part and the mast housing are arranged in the middle area of a rectangular narrow side of the lid opening, where the rectangular narrow side extends up to the oppositely-lying rectangular longitudinal sides over the entire area of the rectangular narrow side. The mast housing is formed by a frame rack with plating through the covering plate and through the side wall, by which the maintenance wall is openable. Support struts are directly or indirectly connected with the frame rack. The platform plate and the maintenance wall are implemented together in single-piece or multi-piece. The lid opening lies in a concrete cover of the fermentation container or in an inclinedly moving foil roof and the mast housing upwardly protrudes over the lid opening.
