Disclosed is a curable polysiloxane composition that has excellent lightfastness (particularly ultraviolet light resistance) and adhesion, has satisfactory heat resistance/hydrothermal resistance and film forming properties, is less likely to cause foaming in curing, and causes none of cracking, peeling, coloring, and foaming even after use for a long period of time. There are also provided a polysiloxane compound containing a specific hydrosilyl group, a polysiloxane compound containing two or more specific silanol groups per molecule, and a curable polysiloxane composition characterized by comprising a dehydrocondensation catalyst.
