A tip portion of the inner tube (3) is inserted into a grip tube portion (7), and the distal end face of the inserted inner tube (3) is facing an absorber (4). A distal end portion of a containing tube section (6) is a push-out opening and a petal element (8) is provided continuously to the push-out opening.</p>
