The vehicle has resonance volumes (3, 9) provided for a low-frequency loud speaker (8), and partially limited by a bottom plate (1). The bottom plate represents a lower-sided limitation of the resonance volumes, which are limited by a separately produced metallic loud speaker housing attachment (5). The attachment is fastened to the bottom plate, and the plate comprises a lower diffuse opening (4) at a region of the resonance volumes. The opening is closed by a cover attached to the bottom plate, and the volumes are partially extended below a seat cross beam. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing a resonance volume of a motor vehicle.
