摘要 PURPOSE: An allosteric tran-splicing group I ribozyme which target speicifc RNA substitution activation is controlled by a theophyline is provided to selectively diagnose cancer cell which expresses target hTERT RNA by amending hTERT RNA through trans-splicing reaction. CONSTITUTION: An allosteric trans-splicing group I ribozyme which RNA substitution activation is controlled by a theophyline specifically targets hTERT(human Telomerase reverse transcriptase) RNA. A firefly derived luciferase receptor gene is contained in 3' axon.
