PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer, which contains CRIF1 protein or its fragment is provided to control DNA replication according to cell cycle. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for treating cancer contains CRIF 1(CR6 Interacting Factor 1) protein of the sequence number 1 or its fragment as an active ingredient. The fragment contains amino acids of the sequence numbers 172 to 212.
